We at BMW Group are striving for new opportunities in improving our interactions with our prospects and customers by utilizing up to date technologies. In this area, a completely cloud based platform for 1:segment and 1:1 marketing was launched and is in operation across the globe (e.g. USA, UK, Germany). 

You can be part of the Campaign Management team which is responsible for creating concepts for 1:1 and 1:segment communication, execute them in our marketing platform as well as continuously optimize it with analytical models and A/B tests and share learnings and best practices across the globe.

What awaits you?

  • Build a targeted communication concept for campaigns according to identified customer segments.
  • You will support execution, automation and data-driven optimization of 1:1 and 1:segment communication in order to increase conversion.
  • Measure and optimize success of worldwide CRM activities and build a consistent global reporting.
  • You will support with day-to-day tasks.
  • Close collaboration with our campaign management.
  • Close collaboration with NBO/NBA rollout teams and our international colleagues in BMW markets across the globe.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in business administration, business analytics or related subjects, with a specialization in marketing, media or consumer research.
  • Relevant practical experience in customer relationship management, customer experience management or digital marketing.
  • A customer-focused and quality-oriented attitude combined with analytical skills.
  • Languages: English fluent, German a plus but not mandatory.
