Claims Manager France - Cyber Insurance (m/f/d)

Job Location: Altenahr/Bonn

Your Responsibilities:

  • Management of insurance claims in the cyber sector mainly from French policy holders
  • Coordination of external service providers in charge of solving cyber claims
  • Negotiation and correspondence with policy holders and service providers in French, English and sometimes in German
  • Ongoing analysis of claims processes and suggestions for enhancing the system
  • Control and evaluation of claims processes with statistical data
  • Coaching and training of colleagues in a young dynamic team

Your Qualifications:

  • You are speaking French like a native
  • You are a qualified insurance specialist or you have a comparable qualification
  • You are experienced with indemnity insurance and claims settlement
  • You are interested in Cyber and IT Security issues
  • You are a team player with customer focus, strong communication skills and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Besides fluency in French, you also have very good knowledge of German and English
