We discover and develop innovative technologies and accelerate the digitalization at Dr. Oetker to create new business models.In this function within the IT department you are responsible for the administration, support, configuration, maintenance and further development of the global Skype for Business, Exchange and SharePoint environmentsYou will participate in handling all day to day technical support requests and will respond to incidents and events in accordance with the established SLA and KPI'sThe conception and further development including release management of existing systems as well as the development, optimization and documentation of support processes is one of your main tasksYou are responsible for the training of local admins and key users of the systems You are a contact person for communication and coordination with internal and external IT service providers and support in the project collaboration in an international team. Your Strengths:You have a degree in (business) Computer Science or Economics with IT-related qualificationsDuring your several years of work you have gained experiences in the management, maintenance and support of Skype for Business, Exchange and SharePoint You have knowledge in PowerShell, SQL and HTML as well as theoretical and practical experience in IT, especially Windows Server systems, Active Directory, Network and IT infrastructure in generalFirst experiences in Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow) and  Nintex Workflows are desirableYour communication skills are confident and you are a real team player, your English is fluent, and your work is deeply solution orientated.
