Verantwortung für die Projektunterstützung (Planung, Steuerung, Controlling) internationaler IT-Projekte im Bereich Assortment & Procurement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business und der Geschäftsführung Aufbau, Führung und Entwicklung eines servicebasierten PMO Teams Planung und Management der Ressourcen mit dem Ziel, optimalen Support für das Projektportfolio sicherzustellen Einführung und Nutzung einheitlicher Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools Verantwortung für das Managementreporting des Projektportfolios Steuerung unserer externen Projektpartner sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen IT-Abteilungen Übergreifende Abstimmungen mit PMO Teams anderer Abteilungen sowie funktionalen und technischen Teams Providing project support (planning, management, controlling) for international IT projects in the area of Assortment & Procurement in close cooperation with the business teams and the executive management team Building, leading and developing a service-based PMO team Planning and managing resources with the aim of ensuring optimal support for the project portfolio Introducing and applying standardised project management methods and tools Responsibility for the management reporting of the project portfolio Managing our external project partners as well as cooperating with international IT departments Assuming the overall coordination with PMO teams of other departments as well as functional and technical teams
