We offer you a versatile internship in the data science team of the BMW Group Audit department. The data science team applies state-of-the-art technologies in the data analysis to identify and assess potential risks to the BMW Group's business activities. This includes contribution to the audits of internal processes and controls, compliance assessments and measures to prevent and detect fraud.As an intern (f/m/x), you are working with us on the development of progressive databased methods to support audits in the areas of Purchasing, Production, Development, Finance, Sales, Human Resources and Financial Services. What awaits you?You are actively involved in the audit teamwork and bring your own ideas and creative approaches to our agile working model and analysis process.You upgrade analysis software following agile development methods, design database table structures and support the implementation of workshops on data analytics.In addition, you present the outcome to the stakeholders. What do we expect?Degree in information technologies, business informatics or a comparable degree.Second half of bachelor's / master's / diploma degree.Knowledge of Python, SQL and GIT is essential.Knowledge of agile processes in software development (e.g. Scrum, JIRA) is desirable.First practical experience in data science is desirable.Practical experience from other internships is desirable.Very good knowledge of English is essential, good knowledge of German is an advantage.Team and communication skills.Confident independent working.
