Support with monthly creation of Performance Dialogue and Management report and reports for shareholder. Monitor monthly actual financials, analyze performance variances with respect to P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow Statement to forecast and to budget and prepare comments on variances. Ensure monthly management information data alignment between our various reporting systems. Continuous improvement of reporting including tools and processes.
