This is why we are looking for Berlin or Neckarsulm based experts who want to push our digital business further.Deine AufgabeYou are creating tangible value add for the business using the Lidl Digital treasure trove of data by developing and providing intuitive controlling and analytics applicationsYou take over responsibility alongside the entire development process; starting with the requirement analysis, the concept and implementation, until the roll-out and operationsYou analyse data sources, develop data models and design robust ETL processesYou inspire business users with intuitive dashboards, that are easy to understand and straightaway support decision makingYou support in migrating our current BI-environment to the cloud and in making high-performance data marts accessible to the entire organisationYou are an ambassador of data driven decision making and you promote this mindset within the organisationYou use agile project methods and navigate comfortably in a dynamic environmentYou are sparring partner and guide for the business departments when it comes to defining operative and financial KPIsYour dashboards keep the business on track and are the very basis of substantial business decisions every single dayTogether with other data related teams, you build up a self-service analytics environment for the business and function as a consultant for users of the environmentDein ProfilAround two years established knowledge in the development of BI-Applications (experience in Qlik, NPrinting, MicroStrategy or any other BI tool beneficial)Practical experience with relational databases (SQL), techniques of data modelling and ETL processes.Knowledge of SAP MM, Retail and/or SAP Hana data models beneficialIntuition and passion for designing user-friendly dashboardsOpenness for new topics and the availability to quickly get acquainted with business processes and challengesExperience in E-Commerce or retail beneficialDistinctive analytical skills combined with an independent and structured style of workingInterest in working in an agile and interdisciplinary teamFluency in German and/or excellent English skillsDein MehrwertWe offer a seat at the table of fast-growing E-Commerce.
