For the Procurement department in Sulzbach (near Frankfurt/Main), we are looking for a
Sourcing Leader Corporate Services (m/f)
Responsibilities:
Develop subject matter expertise in all facets of managing an assigned corporate service
(e.g. IT, travel, HR, and/or finance, etc.)
Develop Regional and Global sourcing strategies that deliver the best total cost of ownership to
Celanese on services, and categories
Work with internal customers such as HR, IT, Legal, Finance and risk to develop and implement
Procurement strategies
Ensure internal users have the proper understanding and communication on category strategies
Share best practices for categories across all corporate services spend and leverage in Global basis
Vendor management (spend analysis and management, negotiations, execution of contracts)
Profile:
Bachelor Degree in a commercial field
1 year of Procurement or Commodity Management experience
Demonstrated customer focus
Commercial negotiations (or a demonstrated capacity/desire to learn negotiations skills)
Familiarity with any type of corporate service (IT – Software/Hardware, HR, Legal, Travel,
Consultants)
Experience to manage high volume of contracts
Fluent in English, German and Hungarian
