As part of our continuous strong growth, we are looking to strengthen our team in Ludwigshafen with a Service Desk Agent (m/f) English/French Your challenge You will assume responsibility for first-level user support, acting as the interface with the IT department at an international corporate level. Your duties will include accepting incident calls and providing advice via telephone and e-mail, as well as incident analysis with remote troubleshooting. You will forward service requests to downstream units (2nd/3rd level support) competently and maintain the ticket system in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA). Your Profile You have successfully completed a technical education as an IT specialist (system integration) or similar IT training. You will also have had some initial experience in the IT environment, particularly in first-level user support. You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows XP/Windows 7, MS Office 2007/2010) and - ideally - of ticket systems. You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written and have a good knowledge of German. You see yourself as a troubleshooter and you want to actively improve customer satisfaction through your high level of service orientation. You have a sense of responsibility - and you possess analytical skills, plus real commitment, team player skills and dedication to your work. Persuasive communication skills and a confident manner complete your profile. ITIL certification is preferred.
