To widen our activities and our business in the entire GCC markets with focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE we are looking for a Senior Consultant Financial Industries (m/f).
The role:
As Senior Consultant Financial Industries you will be helping our clients – primarily Regional and State Banks, Commercial Banks, Insurances, and other Financial Services Providers – to continuously improve their performance, and solving problems in the fields of Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Design, Process Improvement, and Strategy Implementation.
You will be focusing on advisory and project management as well as taking on full responsibility for complete projects. You are responsible for project acquisition or will have proven your ability to acquire new projects.
Beyond you will enlarge your excellent and extensive specialist knowledge in both sector and subject, and also be capable of running major projects, such as performance improvement programs or finance transformations.
You will also enhance the service offering, tools and methodologies of Horváth & Partners and supervise the execution of industry studies in the region. And finally - if you feel like - you will publish findings from your work in text books and journals.
The requirements:
Strong academic qualifications (graduate in Business Studies), ideally including an MBA degree from a recognized university
A minimum of five years work experience with a Management Consultancy, preferably in the area of Financial Industries/ Financial Services Providers
Specialized knowledge in at least one of our core competencies in the following areas:

Proven track record of selling and delivering projects
Deep knowledge in project leading, project managing and project implementation
Experience in managing people and teams
Work experience and ideally business contacts in the GCC (focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE)
Experienced in IT systems framework (ERP/ BI/ MIS)
Highly analytical and structured thinking
Both excellent presentation and communication skills
Team spirit, self-confidence and soft skills
Motivating, inspiring and unconventional ideas
Fluent English, German and/ or Arabic is a benefit
High mobility / willingness to travel as well as humor
