Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Support of the Category Management in the supply strategy and negotiation with suppliers
Support in the development of a worldwide material and supplier strategy
Conduction of market analysis especially for Rare Earth
Support the strategy definition process with cross functional partners
Reflecting Continental requirements in the strategy
Support of the documentation and implementation of the strategy in all BUs worldwide
Data maintenance
Ensuring in time implementation of correct data in the respective systems
Monthly controlling and correction of local data and target achievement
Negotiation of changes with suppliers
Ensuring fulfillment of requirements with legally binding contracts
Influencing the sourcing process during development phase
Execute annual negotiations
Support of improvement programs with suppliers
Support of re-design to cost/cost reduction programs
Anforderungen
Academic degree in Engineering, Business Studies, Economics Science or Economics
Several years of relevant professional experience
Expert experience in working with MS Office
Intermediate experience in working with SAP R/3
Expert language skills in English and German (written and spoken)
Intercultural experience
