To enhance the European sales structure core position has to be filled. We are looking for the SALES MANAGER (M/F) DACH PACKAGING IN THE METAL INDUSTRY EXCITING CHALLENGE He will be responsible for core product of this group producing special strapping made of steel or polyester for packaging for all kind of metal products in form of coils or sheets, wire or profiles. His territory will be mainly DACH. He will support local sales organizations and serve key accounts in Germany and other countries by himself. This will involve a high degree of travelling. He will work from his home office and liaise closely with customers internationally and internally. He needs a very independent managerial way combined with an excellent team spirit. He needs sales experience in the metal industry and an excellent knowledge of the production a packaging process. He will be responsible for a sales volume of 60-70M €. We are looking for a strong manager with an excellent educational background in engineering or business administration and a proven track record in international sales and sales management. His leadership, team building and motivating power combine well with his social competence. He is used to work in an international business environment and is familiar with all current tools of forecasting, budgeting and reporting. His nationality and place of residence is not important. But his strong entrepreneurial power and his ability to motivate and convince in the metal industry are of vital importance. He will travel a lot and report directly to group management.
