The ZAPI-Group is a leading supplier for electric drives. For more than 30 years we are developing and producing innovative inverters for electric drives in mobile machinery in our plant in Poviglio (Italy) with currently approximately 300 employees.
To support the growth of our plant we are looking for
Quality Manager (m/f) / Qualitätsleiter (m/w)
Your responsibilities:
heading the plant’s Quality Department
promoting quality achievement and performance improvement
developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining a quality plan, to bring the company’s quality system and policies into compliance with quality requirements
facilitate internal and external audits for DIN-ISO 9001 und 14001 certification
effectively interact with production and development teams to maintain seamless product supply and the introduction of new products
liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective actions and compliance with customers’ specifications
monitoring performance collecting relevant data and producing statistical reports
Your qualifications:
master’s degree in engineering
demonstrated experience in modern management systems
5 years of prior experience in quality assurance in a mid-size company
experience in working with suppliers, contract manufacturers or distributors
You don’t see the management system ending in itself, but see yourself as a service provider of the company with hands-on-mentality. All employees within the company seek your advice and support.
Good English skills are mandatory. In addition, you should be willing and prepared to learn Italian and to travel when it’s required.
