START EXPLORING Project Management / Customer Service Leader (f/m) Position Summary The Project Management / Customer Service Leader is responsible for the following: Planning, implementation, coordination and overall achievement of a commercially viable project program that ensures quality and timely deliverables, T&C’s optimization and responsive communication Preparation of consistent summary information and documentation to all stakeholders, and the transparent status of appropriate projects against program milestones and customer needs Maintaining empowerment to ensure all cross-functional areas engaged in a project are responsive and understanding of the overall project and customers requirements Developing an understanding of contract terms and conditions and compliance boundaries, shipping incoterms, revenue recognition and legal implications of contract breaches Ensuring revenue recognition is in line with management’s revenue expectation and forecasts Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities Drive continuous improvement via customer communications and feedback relative to support levels, orders status, and resource availability Develop and manage revenue opportunities to include PSAs, service billings, and aftermarket sales Drive programs to optimize processes that offer increased profitability and improve customer satisfaction and CAS Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for spare parts and repairs; this includes managing the administration of customer orders and ensuring deliveries to meet customer expectations Minimum Requirements / Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in business, a physical science, mathematics, engineering or related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree a plus Experience / Skills Strong operational background with an understanding of service / call center systems, large scale business systems (ERP/CRM) and associated metrics with an emphasis on order management and supply chain functions; Enterprise Feedback Management system experience preferred Working knowledge of regulations related to international services and logistics and various sales channel operations (distributor direct, manufacturer's reps) Expert level Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent English language required with other languages desirable Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria Strong leadership in decision making Ability to communicate with clarity and persuasively to influence others to reach agreement and gain support for strategies Ability to manage effectively in a complex and heavily matrixed organization Strong work ethic Travel requirements Ability and willingness to travel internationally as necessary Supervisory Responsibilities Direct management responsibility for Project Management and Customer Service Teams We offer: Employment with an innovative, growth-oriented organisation Outstanding career and development prospects Company pension scheme and other fringe benefits Exciting company culture which stands for integrity, intensity, involvement and innovation Interested?
