Marketing Specialist Medical Imaging (f/m)

In this position you will be key within the team in shaping the future of our medical imaging marketing from a to z. A broad range of established and innovation leading new products and solutions are the playground that give you the freedom to utilize your marketing skills.
Your job in a nutshell
Strategic drive: You take the full ownership of the global marketing strategy & planning of our medical imaging dosimetry product range. You will support the Product Management in defining the product positioning on a global scale.
Operational: You execute your mktg plans with the support of our in-house marketing team as well as with external agencies. Primarily you take ownership of the content generation and production for all marketing channels (operational).
As a marketing expert you are familiar with the entire marketing mix. Your proven skills help you to reach your marketing goals utilizing your experience in offline and online communication, print collateral, newsletters, advertisements, exhibits marketing, etc)
You collaborate with cross functional teams from sales to product management to service and R&D. Within the international IBA group you network to further build IBA’s unique identify.
Your soft skills profile
You like to “think out of the box”, with the right blend of “craziness” to spark new ideas and blend in professional marketing skills to ensure high quality, impactful and credible marketing campaigns in the medical imaging market
You enjoy taking ownership and proactively tackle and solve issues, you dislike micro-management
You have convincing skills in general marketing including a professional communication mindset
You are a “doer” and you have fun to set your goals, action plans and measure achievements
You have a high Cross Cultural Awareness to support your collaboration with international teams and customers.
Your background
Several years experience and traceable marketing achievements in the medical imaging field, preferably in X-ray, CT or equivalent. Please send us your work samples and success stories!
Strong analytical skills mixed with technical / clinical understanding
Creativity and “think out of the box” is a strong plus (please show us your creativity in your application)
Business fluent in English, German intermediate level appreciated
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
