START EXPLORING We are loking for a HR Analyst Europe (f/m) either based in Dreieich (Germany) or Reinach (Switzerland) Main Position Goals: The HR Analyst supports the HR Directors & Business Partners within the European Commercial Organisation, and proactively collaborates with various HR resources globally. Focus will be on ensuring HR data integrity, providing and supporting HR data analysis, ensuring availability of compensation & benefits equity data and supporting all compensation & benefit processes and programs. Main Activities / Responsibilities: Analyze & Evaluate local HR programs and processes and Recommend improvement initiatives, i.e.: Compensation Planning & Structure Equity information Benefit Programs (i.e. pensions) Headcount Planning & Restructuring Programs Key User HR Information System Maintain data entries for Austria, Czech and South Africa Roll up, audit and analyze data across Europe (hires, leavers, transfers etc.) Ensure Data integrity Provide ad hoc global reports to support HR leadership Develop and maintain HR Dashboard Create dashboard structure and collect data, ensure accuracy of data Work with HR Directors to develop action plans that positively influence key performance indicators Headcount tracking Authoria input and management of requisition process Monthly reporting of Head Count Liaise with Finance to effectively deliver on the Headcount Planning (e.g. Annual Operating Plan) Monitoring quarterly performance results and Providing information for the quarterly business review Description of HR Processes Describe, agree and communicate major HR processes Support in ISO 9000 Certification Annual Compensation planning Partner with the HR Directors in planning and executing Total Comp process Ensure data integrity and perform audits in preparation of process Recommend improvement actions Your Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Finance preferred Broad understanding of HR functions like performance management, organizational development, workforce planning Good knowledge of compensation & benefit programs and processes Ability to develop, analyise and understand HR and Business metrics High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Power Point. SAP knowledge preferred. MS Access desired.
