To strengthen our team we are looking for the following talent (f/m) :
HPCF Business Development Specialist Germany & Austria
Job Purpose:
To accomplish and maintain a profitable customer base for GRACO PCE Business in the assigned region. Growing sales in Protective Coating product line through distribution (existing & new), OEMs and material manufacturers. To work with new product introductions through new markets defined by a strategic plan through above mentioned partners.
Principal Activities and Duties:
Working with accounts in assigned territory to promote GRACO products and provide accurate product forecast for specific products and new products
Providing Sales Management with input for quota setting and re-projections
Market sharing
Developing relationships with key companies (distributors, end users, material manufacturers and OEMs)
Helping distributors (and end-users) in equipment selection
Supporting other BDS colleagues in the HPCF team
Providing product info, demonstrations and trainings for distributors, end users, material manufacturers and OEMs
Identifying and communicating marketing opportunities for new products, product modifications, and new applications for existing products
Managing expenses
Planning & Reporting
Profile:
Technical/commercial degree or equivalent in vocational training (minimum high school + 2 years)
Ideally, posessing a technical background in fluid dynamic
Ability to find new customers and new markets
Commercial ability and awareness
Good communication skills at different levels
Team player
Available for travelling minimum 60% of the time
Ability to administer/self-discipline and management
Fluent language skills in German and English (English is the company language)
Live in Germany
