Located in Darmstadt we offer the position: Contract Analyst (m/f) Role Statement: The Contract Analyst serves as the liaison between internal and external contacts to coordinate and expedite the contract process, including the coordination between various business unit functions, law department, and customer or vendor representatives. Key Tasks: Draft, edit, and review contracts (such as NDA’s, logistics agreements, tooling contracts etc.) and other related documents to align with key business objectives. Assist in ad hoc projects (preparation, coordination) and collaborate with members of the Law Department on commercial contracts and projects. Work together with Business Unit Law Department to ensure successful implementation of contracts, policies and procedures. Partner with Sales, Procurement, and Product Management teams to develop and coordinate strategies for individual customers or vendors during the contracting process. Implement contract management system and maintain contract database. Track and update various lists and overviews, such as litigation/settlements/claims, training records, invoice for legal services etc. Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge: Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred Strong background and interest in contract review and contract administration, either gained at a law firm or at a commercial or legal department of an international company Demonstrated experience working with departments such as Legal Procurement, Finance, and Product Management Experience in English speaking environment Particular Skills & Abilities Required: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and German. Knowledge of Polish and/or other languages is an asset. Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint familiarity Highly effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage database Proactive, attention to detail, precise Ability to manage many demands concurrently Integrity, responsibility, teamwork, professionalism Interested?
