In this position you are responsible to translate Corp HRIS tools into regional tactical solutions for 21 countries within EMEA. You analyse HRIS data, enhance SAP HR Modules and associated reporting requirements. Essential Job Functions include: Human Resources Information Systems (~60%) Assists in enhancing existing and developing future HRIS system applications. Ensures application is tested after Support Package release and on demand. Assists in creating interfaces for data delivery to 3rd party software and vendors. Develops, tests and troubleshoots system-generated standardized reports. Coordinates regional Tickets and Change requests for SAPHR. Authorization management together with IT SAP Security. Organizes and executes User Trainings together with the HR e-solution team. Creates User manuals and updates process documents. Compensation & Benefits (~40%) Analyses data of current HR Total Rewards systems (SAPHR, Reward, Mercer, CompSource, SF). Produces ad hoc reports, dashboards and KPIs for EMEA management. Supports participation in annual compensation surveys and merit increase process. Benchmarks non-management positions. Maintains local salary structures. Your Profile: Scientific or Business diploma/degree. At least five years of business experience, preferably in an international company. HRIS experience up to three years is mandatory, SAP HR module experience preferred. Knowledge of current HR best practices and procedures. Excellent Excel skills. Fluent in English and German – spoken and written.
